Bio
Paul is a retired Police Chief with more than three decades of leadership experience at the Pomona Police Department, where he served in every rank—from Patrol Officer to Chief. He oversaw a $51 million budget and led a team of more than 260 employees, championing transparency and community engagement through programs like Victim’s Assistance, Youth Services, and Pastors & Police, as well as initiatives such as Coffee with a Cop and neighborhood walk campaigns.
A graduate of the FBI National Academy (Class 240) and UCLA (B.A., Sociology), Paul also completed executive training through California’s P.O.S.T. program (from Basic to Executive levels) and FEMA emergency response courses. He is a member of the California Police Chiefs Association and brings seasoned expertise in investigations, crisis management, and organizational leadership to Secure Solutions Collective.
