An LAPD/FBI-trained officer and former detective with the Pomona Police Department, he is a Rio Hondo Police Academy graduate with certifications in terrorism and K-9 Narcotics Detection. Michael's expertise includes administrative investigations, search warrants, and expert witness testimony. His honors include the 2007 Medal of Valor, 2014 Officer of the Year, and recognition in the Netflix documentary "They Call Us Monsters." His career also involved training new officers and detectives on court preparation and collaborating with district attorneys on jury selection, ensuring that every case is trial-ready with meticulous attention to detail.

Paul Capraro brings over 30 years of law enforcement experience, having risen from Corporal to Chief at the Pomona Police Department. He holds a BA in Sociology from UCLA and certifications from the FBI National Academy and other prestigious institutes. As Division Commander of the Investigative Services Division, Paul oversaw key units, including Detectives, Gang, Major Narcotics, and the FBI Task Force. He also launched impactful programs like the Victim’s Assistance Program, Youth Services Unit, and a police-pastor collaboration. With extensive experience in contract negotiations, mediation, and internal investigations, both in public and private sectors, Paul brings a keen understanding of complex problem-solving and conflict resolution to our team
